I
love
the
first
autumn
rain
and
how
it
awakens
the
dormant
fender
benders.
Sitz Im Leben Sonnet
Priest,
scientist,
poet
walk
into
a
bar.
Bartender:
what’s
the
adaptive
value
of
suffering.
Sleep Lab Sonnet
After
third
screaming
kicking
terror
techs
wake
me.
“Go
home.
Try
not
to
sleep.”
Errata Sonnet
Euclid
didn’t
discover
the
Bell
Curve
by
sitting
on
a
knoll.
That
was
Leibniz.

Randy Prunty lives in the Bay Area where he works as a bus driver. In 2022 BlazeVox published Test Camp, a collection of his poetry.
